Notification Hooks

One of the primary benefits of the Telegram integration is the ability to receive real-time push notifications. You no longer need to refresh the dashboard to see if a Chain has executed.

Configuration

You can customize which alerts you receive via the "Notification Preferences" menu inside the Telegram bot.

1. Type /settings in the chat.

2. Toggle the buttons for the specific alert types listed below.

Alert Types

1. Chain Execution Alerts

Received when an automation workflow completes a step.

• Trigger: A Source Market resolves and PolyOrbit executes the next action.

• Message Example:

  🟢 Chain Success Source: Trump vs Biden (Won) Action: Rolled 550 USDC Target: Buy ETH > 3k (YES) Status: Executed at $0.45/share

2. Price Alerts (Watchlist)

Received when a market on your watchlist hits a specific price target.

• Trigger: You set an alert for "Bitcoin YES < 0.50".

• Message Example:

  🔔 Price Alert Market: Bitcoin 2025 Condition: Price dropped below $0.50 Current Price: $0.48 Reply /bet 100 YES to buy now.

3. Session Expiry Warning

Received 24 hours before your Session Key expires.

• Trigger: Security time limit approaching.

• Message Example:

  ⚠️ Session Expiring Your trading session expires in 24 hours. Your automated chains will pause if you do not renew. Please login to the dashboard to re-sign.

4. Error Notifications

Received if a Chain fails to execute.

• Trigger: Slippage exceeded or insufficient gas.

• Message Example:

  🔴 Chain Failed Reason: Slippage exceeded limit (Target: $0.60, Actual: $0.65). Funds remain in your wallet.
